Alrighty, so today we were supposed to drop Beth off at the Juliaca Airport, but Kelly is really sick, so Claudia and Beth went to Juliaca and Claudia is coming back tonight. Kelly went to the doctor this morning and she has to go back at 2, so we will hopefully know more then. Right now, the doctor thinks its parasites. So, remember Kelly in your prayers, please.
Yesterday, the Ayaviri Team visited us to see Beth before she left. It was nice to see them and they left with Claudia and Beth around 530 this morning.
We have no plans at all for what do to here in Orurillo today, after all, kelly is sick and I don't speak Spanish, so I guess today will be pretty uneventful, other than trying to get kelly well.
I read this morning in Joshua 9, where the Israelites were deceived into signing a peace treaty with a town that God had called them to take. Here is the most powerful verses that I read.
This bread was hot from the ovens when we left our homes. But now, as you can see,it is dry and moldy. These wineskins were new when we filled them, but now they are old and split open, And our clothing and sandals are worn out from our long journey. So the Israelites examined their food, but they did not consult the Lord.
